2025 . . . lets go to london!

each winter, one of my sons and I select a country to explore and we take off. This year, it was england. We based ourselves in london, but we did take some day trips out of the city into windsor, winchester and brighten and lewes. The trip was epic, as we are both history geeks and could totally geek out on the things we love. I enjoyed showing him one of my favorite cities and seeing him take it all in. London has it all, in my opinion: history, art, culture, a great public transportation system, close proximity to other smaller cities, and even good food! We were incredibly lucky to have absolutely no rain for nine days in england, and it was a trip we will never forget (but will repeat!).
